By placing an advertisement, the user fully agrees to these terms of use, as well as to the fact that the submitted personal data and contact information will be stored on the BizzExit.com website in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The BizzExit.com website uses cookie files that are located on the user’s computer. The BizzExit.com website displays advertising companies from third parties, such as Google and statistical systems, which also generate cookies. You can independently delete cookies in your browser at any time.
The administration of the advertisement service may carry out identification of persons and companies, requesting additional information and documents in connection with the prevention of illegal turnover of excise and controlled goods, medicines, weapons, dangerous and harmful substances, as well as the provision of state licensed services without a license, for the purposes of financial discipline and accounting, tax evasion, legalization of illegal income and other violations of the law.
All documentation, personal data and confidential information are stored in the minimum necessary volumes and terms.
The number of employees who have access to this data is strictly limited; employee queries to the data are recorded.
Advertisement content rules:
Advertisements are not accepted (deleted) if:
5.1 The user does not comply with legislative requirements, generally accepted norms of conduct and ethics. Mandatory fields are not filled in the advertisement, or the information provided is incorrect or erroneous.
5.2 The content does not correspond or only partially corresponds to the selected section. If there is no suitable section, then it is allowed to submit an advertisement in the section that most closely matches the topic, but the transaction type “Miscellaneous” must be selected.
5.3 Advertisements that do not contain an accurate detailed description of the product, service or work offer or that do not mention important information (for example: product quality, condition, material, dimensions, functionality, usage characteristics, permissible scope of use) and it is also not possible to determine these characteristics in the photo, or the text content or photos are misleading.
5.4 More than one sales service is posted, or the text content is general.
5.5 The advertisement offers a non-existent object or service.
5.6 The text of the advertisement (except for the fields appropriate for this purpose) or the attached images contain a telephone number, e-mail address, Internet reference or other contact information.
5.7 The price indicated in the advertisement is not true or additional costs are not mentioned. The price must be final without any additional conditions.
5.8 The use of low-quality photos is not allowed.
5.10 In the first line of the ad text, words or parts of words are highlighted in capital letters using «Caps Lock».
5.11 In the first line, the ad text contains service symbols, additional spaces, periods, a set of repeated letters, as well as information that is not related to the product description.
5.12 In the first line, the words: Action, Sale, Special offer are contained.
5.13 The ad violates copyright or trademark rights.
5.14 The ad is written in languages other than Latvian, Russian or English; contains text in Russian, but written in Latin letters.
5.15 Full or partial prepayment for the offered product or service is requested.
5.16 The ad is intended to obtain information about the user.
5.17 Ads for which several complaints are received.
5.18 With offers of licensed goods or services, if the advertisement does not contain the seller’s exact contact information and the corresponding license number.
5.19 Contains offers for work in video chats, erotic video and photo sessions or in any way providing sexual services.
5.20 The advertisement contains offers for the distribution of medicines, goods or services using network marketing MLM. Offers with earning opportunities on the Internet associated with registration, clicks or other dubious types of activity.
5.21 Tobacco products, smoking accessories, alcohol, precursors, controlled medicines, dangerous or harmful substances and products, as well as equipment for the production and processing of the aforementioned items are offered.
5.22 In multiple advertisements, the Internet reference (link) opens the first page of the user’s home page.
5.23 The ad is from employment agencies or personnel recruitment companies, from auctions, or other bulletin boards are advertised. As well as containing logos, advertising or links related to the above-mentioned organizations in the text or photos.
5.24 Occult services are offered – astrology, fortune telling, alternative medicine, etc., as well as advertisements for tattooing and piercing.
5.25 Contains an invitation to collect donations, deposits and contributions in any form.
5.26 Advertisements for employment outside the territory of Latvia.
5.27 Contains references to resources that incorrectly serve visitors, open pop-ups, turn on sound accompaniment or perform other malicious actions directed against visitors or information systems; contains offers of goods or services that are prohibited from being placed in BizzExit.com advertisements.
5.28 Contains a link to a website that is not related to the content of the advertisement. Also, if the link leads to a website with outdated content, contains too little information or is of very low quality, as well as if it is overloaded with web counters, advertising blocks, links to other websites.
5.29 The content contains emotionally charged text, exclamations, appeals, slogans, declarations and staging questions, as well as text and keywords that are not related to the object of the advertisement. It is prohibited to use exclamation and question marks or other symbols to attract attention. The text of the advertisement must contain only informative content.
Rules of Procedure:
After submitting the advertisement, it is possible to change it or correct the information in your advertisement.
6.1 In case of violation or non-compliance with the terms of use of BizzExit.com referred to in paragraph 5, the administrator is obliged to delete the advertisement.
6.2 A user, company, association or group of persons submitting advertisements in the common interest is allowed to register no more than one user profile.
Responsibility of the parties:
7.1 If the BizzExit.com website is temporarily unavailable, the deadlines for publication of advertisements are extended according to this period of time. This provision does not apply to cases where the website was unavailable in the part of the website managed by Internet service providers who do not have a contractual relationship with BizzExit.com.
7.2 In cases where the advertisement violates the terms of the website, contains violations of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, copyright, trademark rights, as well as if losses or inconveniences are caused to third parties, the user (advertiser) assumes full financial responsibility for the content of the placed advertisement, both to the website and to third parties.
7.3 The company, the administrator, as well as the owner of BizzExit.com are not liable for the content of advertisements, as well as for possible losses and inconveniences related to the operation or unavailability of the portal, except for paragraph 3 of the rules.
7.4 If the economic operator violates the terms of use of the advertising service BizzExit.com, a warning is issued for the first violation, deleting the placed advertisement (the payment made for the deleted advertisement is not returned). In the event of a second violation within a year, the administration of BizzExit.com has the right to impose a ban on publishing advertisements for up to one year. If the economic operator, after applying the ban, continues to use another user’s account to place advertisements, or tries to avoid the applied ban in a similar way, the advertisement will not be published (will be deleted) and the advertising portal BizzExit.com is not liable for any losses that the advertiser causes to third parties in this way.
7.5 Commercial users do not have access to personal data and/or other data (including in aggregate form) submitted to BizzExit.com or generated by providing services to BizzExit.com commercial users and their consumers.
7.6 BizzExit.com has access to personal data that commercial users or consumers provide in order to use the services of BizzExit.com. BizzExit.com does not share or disclose personal data to third parties. The purposes and terms of processing personal data are included in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
The terms and conditions of use of BizzExit.com may be changed, supplemented or amended and shall enter into force from the moment they are published on the website.
