Financial flow: We work 5 hours a day, 3-4 times a week, approximately 80 hours a month. The average monthly turnover is €3,600, the average expenses are €1,200 and the average profit is approximately €2,500. During the summer period, income is supplemented by private event reservations. Expenses include – raw materials, packaging, gas cylinder replacement, fuel, trailer inspection, retail permits. A category B license is sufficient for a mobile kitchen, which facilitates and expands the possibilities of the business owner.
