• Lease agreements with all four shopping centres. They can be taken over, and the centres are willing to continue the partnership.
• BOFT franchise rights. The franchise agreement allows transfer to a new owner.
• Fully set-up operations:
• cashless payments via Nayax;
• technical maintenance;
• photo paper supply;
• accounting.
