Due to the growth of the family and lack of time, I am selling or renting the burger restaurant “RichBurger” as a functioning business. The land is rented (250€ per month), but everything on it belongs to the RichBurger company: 21m2 building (inside there is a stovetop, an open grill, deep fryers, a LaCimballi coffee machine, a coffee grinder, all tools, a refrigerator and two freezers), 150m2 of paving, a children’s playground. There are all the necessary documents to be able to work fully. An alcohol license has been arranged, a PVD inspection has been passed.

The burger restaurant sells high-quality burgers, which are prepared using high-quality ingredients. I will tell the new owner everything about the cooking process and recipes in person.

RichBurger is located in Jaunmārupe, Ošu Street 18, access from Ozolu Street. Yes, it is a residential area, but next to it are: Football stadium, the largest children’s and youth entertainment park “Pavasari” in Mārupe region, the largest water park in the Baltics Marupe Wake Park. The airport “Rīga” is also nearby and travelers come to us for burgers before flights.
