Brand and intellectual property

Depending on the structure of the deal, additional project assets may also be purchased along with the bus. These may include:

the protected “Kafīte” trademark
a registered design
other project and branding materials
subject to agreement, the new “CoffeeHIT” brand as well (EU trademark registration currently in progress)

Consequently, it is possible to negotiate either the purchase of the fully equipped bus alone or a broader transaction that includes the brands and other project assets.

Reason for sale

The project is being sold due to a shift in the company’s business focus.

Our core business is transport, logistics, and commercial vehicles. While the process of creating and converting the bus was highly engaging, managing a long-term food service business is not part of our future strategic direction.
