Site Selection:

We work together with our approved Franchisee to secure the best location and best lease terms possible for that specific site. All negotiating with landlords is conducted by us and we copy you in on all correspondence. We work hard to secure the best deal regarding lease terms and fit out contributions from landlords. What ever amount of funding from the lessor is negotiated, is passed on to the Franchisee direct from the landlord.
