A Vidzeme-based, exporting metalworking company is looking for opportunities to acquire or merge with other metalworking companies with the aim of increasing production capacity.

About us: Turnover exceeds 1 million euros per year; We have our own production facilities with expansion opportunities; Metalworking equipment and order flow from Latvian and foreign customers.

What we are looking for: We are interested in acquiring a company or merging with another company to jointly create a larger and more powerful production structure, capable of fulfilling larger orders.

Main acquisition/merger criteria: Experienced and competent team of employees; Willingness to work in Vidzeme (preferably in Valmiera), but remote cooperation is also possible. Desired employee specialties:
Administrative staff: Estimator, Project Manager, Draftsman
Production staff: Welder, Locksmith, Painter, CNC machine operator
Assembly specialists: Willingness to perform assembly work in Latvia and Scandinavian countries

About the acquisition of the company: The company can be purchased together with the equipment, but the main decision factor will be the competence of the employees and the potential for cooperation. If your company has at least some of the competences of these employees, we are open to discussion.
Alternative – cooperation before the merger: If the owner of the company is not ready to sell the company completely at the moment, but is open to the idea of ​​​​a merger, we offer the following cooperation model: We operate as a single company in a cooperation mode for one year, without a legal merger of the companies. If the cooperation is successful and both parties are satisfied, after a year we can carry out a legal merger of the companies.
