Training is provided over two weeks, 50% classroom and 50% in-restaurant. All franchisees named in the franchise agreement must at least satisfactorily complete training at SUBWAY® World Headquarters before being granted permission to open a restaurant. Each franchisee is assigned a consultant to help them meet SUBWAY® standards. Additionally, support is available through the development office, the corporate helpline, and online through our Subway partner website and SUBWAY® University courses.
