Facilitate Peer Advisory Boards- Each month, you’ll bring together groups of business owners, executives and managers for powerful 4-hour board meetings. These aren’t ordinary meetings—they’re collaborative sessions where ideas flow, challenges are tackled, and real strategies are built. Your role is to guide the discussion, draw out insights, and ensure every member leaves with practical actions that move their business—and their life—forward.

Coach Business Owners, Executives and Managers One-on-One – Between board meetings, you’ll meet one-on-one with each member. You’ll be their trusted accountability partner, making sure the commitments they’ve made are turned into reality. These sessions are where breakthroughs happen—where business owners start to see their vision take shape and their confidence grow.
