The company offers mobile rope obstacle courses, which are suitable for children, young people and adults. “Turies” courses are designed similarly to the stationary rope courses Tarzan and Mežakaķis, already known in Latvia, but the main difference is that “Turies” climbing courses are mobile. They fit equally well into city celebrations, mass sports events, festivals, corporate sports games and team building events.

The company is being sold:

1. With or without an existing LLC, by agreement;

2. With an existing customer database, which ensures annual turnover of up to 30 thousand EUR when operating in outdoor events (May-September). In suitable premises, it is possible to provide services throughout the year, which would significantly increase turnover.

3. With existing inventory:

+ Metal structures (aluminum stage trusses) – purchase value 36,000 EUR (108 positions, total truss length 188m;

+ with the Swiss company “Kanopeo” independent safety system, which is the first system of this type in the world. It continuously secures the obstacle course visitor from the beginning to the end of the course, thus eliminating the need for any kind of re-hooking. The purchase value of the safety system is 8,000 EUR.

+ Petzl helmets of two sizes (27 pcs.), four types of Petzl systems/saddles (23 pcs.), Petzl pulleys (4 pcs.), Petzl griggers (4 pcs.), carabiners (72 pcs.), event tents (2 pcs.), total purchase value 5,000 EUR

The total purchase value of the inventory is 49,000 EUR.

4. With an existing, working website, hold on. lv, email and social media accounts.

With the existing inventory, the company is able to provide two parallel obstacle courses at the same time. Also, the existing structures allow us to provide and offer additional services such as stage installation, start and finish arch creation (in competitions), as well as visual and practical design for companies in exhibition centers and supermarkets.

When purchasing a company, the existing company’s customer database is also transferred, which is Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian event agencies, municipalities and companies.
